Physiology and Physiological Markers in Endurance Training

In endurance sports today we see a wide range of approaches from a pretty strict focus on physiology and physiological markers to not really caring about them at all but using the power duration uh courage. Can you just discuss on where you would say that you sit on that spectrum versus just relying on power power models and so on? I don't think you need to be binary and and be one beyond one side of the other, he says. It's clear that both have their their benefits and their advantages um it's really good to have tools to be able to do feel-based testing or as to coach people around the world.
