Process-Centric Responses to Emails
The process-centric approach to email can minimize both the number of emails you receive and the amount of mental clutter they generate. In crafting these sample responses, I started by identifying the project implied by the message. It applies just as easily to small statistical challenges like setting up a coffee meeting. A good process-centric message immediately closes the loop with respect to the project at hand.
