Free Lancers Are a Long Term Employer, Right?
Most free lancers, when you get to the core of whytey free lance, it is not because they actually want to enobe these free wheeling business owners. It's more about, i just don't want to be bundled into having one thing, right? I want to be diversified in my career. What i'm saying is that the freelance model, and literally just saying contract based model, can actually enable them to stay working with you forever rather than coming for two years, leaving. Does that make sense? It does. Boy, there was a lot there. Let's ge let's i love it.
