When you do a high frequency, I see in response well to that, a moderate or higher volume approach. You're trying to convince yourself new three rep max. Do I have this? There's certain PR's ability PR's outside of the absolute weight being lifted and you save it in the tank for game day. That took a dramatic shift for me,. almost convincing myself that it's okay not to be so hardcore with your training.
