Jimmy and Bertha: Are you profiling people? Is that something you've always done profile somebody? I profile them not when I look at them. But as I speak to them, I pretty much profile them. It doesn't take me too long, but it doesn't take a split second either. Once you ask the right questions and you really care about who they are, it's pretty simple to work out what they need. Two important words you just use then, the right questions. You said that rather flippantly in that, as if everybody knows what the right questions are, that's a different one.
