Water Cooler Culture in a Virtual Environment
Winning comes across multiple elements and I think virtually a lot of sales teams likely are struggling with how to bring light to the wins that they're having. And even if it takes longer to get to those deals winning solves a lot of problems. How do you develop water cooler culture in a virtual environment where even celebrating the small things is acceptable? It's really really difficult to build culture but I'm super proud of my team because they will actually like get on a slack call for an hour and just work together amongst themselves without me.
