My recommendation is to use it as little as possible while you're here, and only use it if there's a specific purpose. There's no built-in camera in your room just to control that you actually don't. What it prevents is the arising of even the slightest glimpse of inner spaciousness. At least before the clever human mind invented these things, when you were waiting for something, there was nothing to do.
