The Double Legg Squat

The double legged and single legg squat for the motor control. The knees would start to come together in the middle and touch almost. People who did well with both legs on the floor, when you asked them to stand on one leg,. many of them who did the double legging squat well fell apart when they did single legs squat. Their movement pattern was very poor. They didn't have the strength, stability, coordination in one leg bearing the whole body weight. And so it can be any one of those causes. Your job is to investigate further.
