I feel we've gotten really deep into like the actual, the cause and effect of PR and journalism. I think that it's just sort of figuring out that balance of right about stuff that is outside of the sort of mainstream conversation. Are you interested in a food that enough that you want to dedicate an afternoon or a couple of afternoons or even a month of going out and having five to eight versions of it? There's been such an explosion of halal chicken and rice but there's also so much Heinen chicken rice.
