The Importance of Sleeping

There's no ideal sleeping position for any thing humans do, says author. We use a lot of props in our sleeping to prevent movement and it's tricky because we're both an under moved culture and yet an under rested culture at the same time. I sleep on really minimal surface, like some sheep skins with blankets and everything else. But one of the reasons that transition worked for me is because there was just movements that I couldn't get to it at enough, at enough volume.
