Do You Have a Low VO2?

If your VO2 max is below 30, it I think it's very likely that it could be limiting performance in the gym. Just doing normal training sets is probably going to be enough to be quite taxing and exhausting with your aerobic system. So what I would recommend in a situation like that is to do some dedicated aerobic training,. Try to get that VO2 max up in more so try to get like your absolute lactate threshold up.
