There are some periods where there's your strength videos and then there are other which is racing periods Depends also if if it's a classic rider and yeah. I would say or so grand tours I mean, you know, it's one or two maximum a year and classics. On the on spring time they race like three times a week or so but in different days Okay Nutrition obviously people know that you need to try and eat healthy as an athlete and get carbohydrates and you know Full balance meals. And probably too far away from what they should or not in the right time But mainly stimulus in terms of carbohydrates probably and that's the biggest mistake I see stay today in professional cycling.
