The Power of Unburdening
There usually comes a point. where, you know, that heart is feeling heard, witnessed and safe. And then there's an invitation usually for it to check and see if there is anything it's carrying that it wasn't meant to carry. Some parts aren't ready. But when they're willing to, they can release it in whatever way possible. So sometimes there's been rocket ships and hot air balloons and fireworks. It's fun. The openness after it's released is always very interesting.
