The High Rate of Injuries From Electric Chairs
I've seen more people injured fighting off an electric chair than I have any other submission. It sounds like a shotgun going off when somebody gets their ACL blown in that position. If the person moves in a way that twists your knee out of joint, there's nothing you can do to stop it. But then again, I don't train with a lot of 10th Planet folks. So I don't get a lot of people trying it on me.
