I think as much as an empathetic approach we can have to our end user the better. There's no such thing as over planning I mean I you can have plans and have more plans and replan again. It's easier to be agile and react to real-time moments when you have a plan in place. Leave 20 percent of your energy brain space investment whatever it might be for those opportunities when they arise will make all the difference.
