What Are the Character Qualities of a Developer?

Humble, hungry and smart are three of the character qualities we look for. Hungry is driving energy. These are action minded people. They get things done. And smart is not ic where most people think it is. It's that self aware ness. The person that can build relationships. When they leave a room, they understand how they left that room. Was it better because they left, or worse off because they left? I'm not going to ask you to name names, but give me somebody who, just right away, yo, wen, that's our person.
