How to Start a Career in Science?
Ouno: There's so many different ways to start a career in our industry. You or the idea that you have, you'll cut your chops by spending two to three years in a lab, and then you could launch from there. Andy: I really do encourage folks not to become a dilettant who, when they introduced themselves in o business it takes forty five minutes to hear all the jobs they did for 20 minutes each. Ouno: We've had some great people that have come in. It's not for everybody, but doing management consultingi expose you to a tremendous amount of learning project management.
