How to Build a KPI Scorecard for Sales Teams

Kevin, can you talk about activity tracking for a sales team building a KPI scorecard? What that all entails and what might be on there. It relates to like a shop with like maybe one rep to, you know, five, obviously, Steve's got a lot. Kevin: My recommendation is like touches. So emails, calls, LinkedIn messages.
