I think that people drastically overestimate the kind of basically like rationalists right how many people in the world even in their jobs basically come to things via some sort of like rationalist assessments where they have some kind of certainty. And when you get to basically trying to engineer or trying to determine like basically scientific discoveries, I think that people just completely misunderstand the scale of what needs to be done in order to achieve that. It's interesting and promising to see LLM based tools that are able to to switch to those different contexts and actually get some get some useful outputs that are also bounded by reality.
