I'm curious to hear at the beginnings of the two and also why there are two names. Humvee really grew out of a set of practice acquisitions and integrations in Florida and South Texas. Canviva, did it exist already or is it an initiative that came internally Humana or was it more of an acquisition? Great. I love to shift to educating our listeners. How does a primary care organization play into the larger organization of Humana? And also kind of curious when you joined was center well and Canviva were formed.

Today, we’re excited to get to know Vivek Garg, CMO and SVP of Primary Care for Humana. Vivek currently leads national clinical strategy and excellence, care model development and innovation, and the clinical teams for Humana's Primary Care Organization (CenterWell Senior Primary Care and Conviva Care Center) as Chief Medical Officer (CMO), serving over 240,000 seniors across the country.
