The Power of Slow Meditation

This isn't a meditation that you're recommending. This is a moment. Technically in a meditative language, it's like a micro concentration practice. It's a micro absorption practice where for five, 10, 20, 30 or more seconds in a row, you take as your object of meditation this beneficial experience and let it sink into you.
