How to Use Brain Network Theory to Overcome Fears
The opposite of fear is understanding when we understand something. We have the default mode network which involves imagination processes like daydreaming, creative problem solving and mind wandering. The central executive thinking network contains our ability for creative problem solving. So it doesn't just contain our worries and fears, but also our ability to move past them. Be sure we're thinking positive thoughts so we don't default into this negative cycle of thinking.
