A lot of founders and executives hesitate to procrastinate is people for their own individual social relationships within a company. And so if you replace somebody who's well connected, it's going to distract a fair number of people. I mean the other end, this same question but phrased pre-hire is when you really need a role and you can't find an amazing person. Do you fill it with a B plus? Like do you accept that? Now it's a little bit easier because it's not someone who's been contributing.
