Using Visualizations in Mindfulness for Kids
i see some questions popping up in the chat um, and i apologize for folks who were not here last week. So many of the visualizations in mindfulness are pointing toward this same metaphor. Underlying it is, you are not your thoughts, and your thoughts are, or can be, distant from you. Baba blis for i notice a thought coming up, or distraction coming up, write it down or draw it, set it aside. And then the inquiry process, right? Reconcerted, create a little bit more more depth with the kids around that as well.
