How to Use Multiple Choice Tests to Improve Your Customer Experience
If you have access to a tool like SurveyMonkey or user zoom, user testing, you can use it to set up multiple choice tests. Someone on the content team should be doing that writing ideally. The tone of your questions is very important, which I get into in the book too. You don't want to lead and be biased in your, have leading questions or bias in your question than questions themselves.
