The Connection Between Silence and Calm

I think in my mind, I'm getting mixed up with being really exhausted because being really exhausted is obviously different than being really stressed. So if we were to look at you watching TV, your body is quiet, but are you in a state of calm? Oh, that's interesting. Yeah. It's like I don't have to exercise. Just trying to find low poles. But I guess what the key for me in there is that though the choices of those activities are to avoid the feelings of discomfort that are here all day. And so they become very automatic and reactive.
