The Importance of Values in Anxiety
Mora: I really don't think I've ever heard about boundaries discussed as a reflection of values, which 100% makes sense. Mora: There's a whole school of therapy devoted to this that values are something that you almost have to tap into every day. And if you're an anxious person, you have to have to understand your values professional and personal because anxiety is telling you something. It may lead you in the right direction towards your values or it may lead you away from them.
