knowledge management is about having a more structured way of getting to those things. Anda, ultimately, a quicker response time to get knowledge out of people's heads and stuff. I think that knowledge management is not just about finding legal opinions documents, buts about finding who in this company is the expert on stamp duty in this kind of transaction. That i would say of something that's within the scope of knowledge management as well.
