Doing Three Verses Five Really Helps You Accumulate More Volume

For me, personally, when i'm right around three minutes, i can more easily build up my total volume per week at this intensity. So over the long haul, i man accumulate more volume at this intensity by doing three verses five. And once i kind of get past that, kind of those early stages where i'm feeling comfortable to target that kind of two to four minute window a i'm going,. I usually gravitate toward kind of three minutes, or right around minutes because it's kind of smackdab in the middle of two to four.
