The Importance of Adaptive Learning
Adaptive learning recognizes a couple things right one is that not everybody starting from the same place people have different skills and are showing up with different competencies. Not everybody learns in the same way at the same pace some are going indeed to go slower in certain areas some are going to need to go faster want to go faster. And if I'm hearing you correctly one of the best ways to enable that is to create as componentized learning particles or content as possible. It's capturing basically what you're doing capturing the context capturing what your actions are capturing your own reflections, and then help you move to the next level.
