The standard client approach, especially a lot of clients might be using the ANA contract or MSA template. IP doesn't transfer until you've been paid in full for it. Insurance is something that you're never really going to get a claim paid back for because if there's a dispute, then they'll say, well, you have to follow all of these procedures.
