The three buckets is I look at education, accomplishments, and then investments. What are they educating their customers about as a bucket? Where are they investing? So that's hiring initiatives, et cetera. And then what do they brag about the accomplishments? Basically I'm going to look in those three buckets and find maybe one or two common things within those buckets that I'm Going to use every time. That way you start to get into this rhythm where I'm looking for this specific trigger,. This is going to connect to my message based on this way.
