Transactional Analysis Is Beneficial to My Mental Health

The three part element of the psychological maintenance of my mental health is past, present and future. In order to understand how i feel right now, i need to process my behaviour through the lengths of my childhood so that i am not repeating faulty behaviors as a child. The two most important facets of transaction analysis are what's known as the ego state model and life scripts. If you consistently find yourself repeating mistakes or having repeated, repeatable, negative behavior regarding another person or regarding relationships, chances are it's because of a lack of awareness around your ego states.
