Ego Exploration and Witnessing Our Ego in Action

The next space we can begin to witness is our ego in action day in and day out. So this can include any time, any moment where you're hearing something from someone else or even just thinking of a past moment where you heard something in opposition to what you felt to be true. When it is that you hear a new belief or a new idea that you are not familiar with, how do you react? How do you feel internally? Do you feel open? Do you feeling curious? Do you then ask more questions or do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feels explosive? Or do you feel shut down completely disinterested, disconnected, not even engaged? And with it at all.
