Exercise can be used to boost metabolism on the one hand and also to rebuild some of the muscle that gets lost through weight loss absolutelyabsolutely. The quality of the calories going in appears to impact the quantity of calories going out so while I'm saying that you know I don't advocate going on a diet what I do really propose is very important is improving the quality of our diets.
