VO2 Max and Fat Burning Percentage

The goal is to put out as many kilojoules per second over time and not have that drop off right. The person who who burns the highest percentage of their VO2 max and fat burning doesn't win does not have the best times. You could actually improve your percentage of fat burning percent of VO2max and have a slower score if your VO2 max goes down. If you raise your threshold right you can still burn just as much as you had at that high percentage of VO2 max at a lower one.
