I Love the Term the Diagnostic Tool

I think it can be helpful at the beginning roughly you know in the first month or so of your journey in the weight room. It's a great diagnostic tool to understand your fitness level a little bit better but there is an inherent injury risk with doing anything at maximum intensity no matter what we're doing. I just worry it's like watching my kids on a trampoline I just my heart is my throat the whole time and I just can't.
