Squat N Dead Lift - Is There a Difference?
Sometimes squat n dead lift don't come together. Sometimes one may be feeling better and the other not so much. We may be ramping into heavier squats and still needing to have some training wheels on dead lift. And it's not as simple as we hit this time line, you check this box. It is contingent upon each individual athlete. The second phase is like maybe even trying to push higher velocity movements,. particularly when they were previously not well toleratd or the person had no exposure to it before.
