Is There a Difference Between Failure and Non Failure A?
There are multiple metanalyses that have come out in the last, you know, couple of years indicating that failure versus non failure a and as well as some metan analyses looking at different set structures. But they don't seem to indicate that there's thing especially beneficial in terms of strength or hyperty to training to failure. And we would hypothesise that it's in part due to poor quatification methods. A certain maybe a certain study favors training closer to failure, whereis another study favors training farther from failure. The next point i'll make is that every single set is not totally clear when you dig into these studies.
