Crossfit is a subculture, which I just loved. It's like fitness isn't even what most people are doing on a general day in and day out basis. And so I'm like, you know, an average below average cross-fitter is head and shoulders above so many just people walking around. That just the level of fitness is so exponential. Okay. So one of the questions that I get all the time, you must be asked. What would a program look like in terms of strength days, high intensity short met cons, and then maybe longer, lower intensity, more cardio pieces?
