The C-Manit tribe, which I think is in the Amazonian, 80% of their diet of the calories are from starches. They eat like tapioca, some other roots that are most basically like potatoes. And they cook these things for at least an hour to get them fully cooked. So it shows you that you can travel starch, but it needs to be well cooked. That's all the brown rice, the oats, like the, now they're selling these different types of breads in the stores who advertise too much about having a low glycemic index. The ones that I would avoid are medium and high glacial Index foods such as white rice or oat
