It was definitely freshin when you see customers meol complaining on social media, which is so easilyte they can do it very easily. The first step is to be proactive. Let the customers know. Andye they may say something you're not so flatterin onensto graham or v emal. They understood whats we started in implementing those practices. But just being proactive and getting pushin your face out there, i think that human aspect really softens im up and says, hay, this jus, you know, a struggling, this is a new company, struggling during a difficult time.
