Igloy used to train on a grass field. He would run 100 meters at three k pace, two d 20 second turn around and restart. This was also protocall for non workout days,. Non days weree going to do things on the track. The four hn meter jo jo became four by four sets of six with 20 seconds recovery. Iigloy found that this helped him build his mental toughness as he went through season.
