How to Train for Strength

In the off season for me i found that two high days is a sweet spot with high days which means my carbohydrates are much higher. The day before you're training for strength guys and you really want to be as strong as you can eat those high carbs the day before. Right now it's quads and back more focused on so i had to build more of the lower lap  no one in the world is born with lower lats you have to work for them.
