The pharma industry has done a very good job of programming the general public, mostly through media that cholesterol is bad. And there's this massive gnosis of cholesterol lowering without really any attention or awareness of underlying metabolic health. The higher your cholesterol, the less likely you were to die. So I'm proactively trying to increase my LDL and eating more saturated fat at the moment.
