How to Engage Your Triceps to Get Stronger

The close grip incline was probably the biggest indicator of where my bench was going to go. It taught me how to reengage the triceps to be able to push it through. Weak points can also just be not really a muscular weak point, but they just aren't engaging. They don't know how to engage their lats. So it may not take fucking pen lay rose, it may just take an exercise that's going to teach them how to flex their lats and then it will bring them through.
