Putting Things Into Perspective Can Really Help With Anxiety
i started convincing myself that everybody in my life secretly dispises me and is using me. I also convinced myself that i don't work hard enough, and that i basically need to work harder to a point where i am i do nothing else sin order to be working hard enough to my standard. Um, those were some things that i was obsessing over today. And it's funny, because i'm giving this advice right about how putting things into perspective can really help with this element of anxiety, yet i am terrible at this. I am so bad at it.
