Using Warm Ups in the Workouts Saves Time
A lot of times how we're tat is a separation of the up and work out. And so being able to integrate your warm up into that primary into the workout, it saves time because it makes sense. I have seen people try and implement us, and they rush past that. Lik, your body's just given you feedback. So if i can walk in and i do that, and all things are firing, i know i can get into that primary, a warm up, in into the workout very, very quickly. Because my body's telling me, this is very, very complex, and you're doing it very well. Let's go. Whereas it's rign
