i relaxed a bit on how much long runs i did, even when i got to the piking face. I was doing kind of a few rounds of back to back long runs where i'd lick thirtyesh miles on saturday, thirtyeh miles on sunday. And at that point in my training, i really needed those runs. It's still a very necessary, very specific workout for the racing i'm doing. To show up with none of it is probably not a very good idea either. So i just more choosy on how many, like, 30 plus milers i did.I did a lot more, kind of, like 20 milers sprinkled in throughout the week
