The Value of Having People in Person in Sales Early on in Career Roles

There's a huge value to having people in person in inside sales early on in career roles. I mean, being an SDR is a really hard job. Now imagine you're sitting in your bedroom trying to make calls, right? It's crazy. The camaraderie that happens when you're doing that hard work in a group is huge. If you talk to anybody at Salesforce, they would tell you about the 16 people that have been their network going forward because of that experience.
